Afghani Bullrider Review

BLLRDR is the licensed producer of this Afghani Bullrider strain. I had to try this flower after a customer came back raving about it and bought another 3.5 grams. This flower displays well developed large calyxes, bright green colour, and brown pistils wrapped all over. I was instantly pleased with the sour spicy smell that reminded me of fresh cut bell peppers. It made up for noticing the seal underneath the lid wasn’t completely glued down.
The 3.5 gram bottle I had was fresh, squishy bud and sticky to the touch. The glass container it comes in is great to reuse…throw any dry bud in there with a moisture pack and next day it will smell and taste way better. Though it only came in at 16% THC it definitely had me soaring high for over an hour (with my tolerance one hour is great). The namesake strain of the company is proof that THC content is not the only factor in the feeling you get from cannabis usage. Traditionally terpenes and cannabinoids work together to give the user more well rounded effects like the joy, creativity, and appetite stimulation that came after smoking this Afghani Bullrider.
The high was in exact order as previously mentioned…I felt a happy and creative high almost immediately after lighting the joint. I finally got some writing done that I had been putting off. Shortly after I was raiding the fridge, which led to a TV binge night (and of course smoking more). It’s more of a head high for an indica but sure did help me relax and enjoy my evening. Being that it is a premium flower, my criticism is that I did not get one top tip of a cola/bud (the best part). Overall it’s one of the most flavourful strains on the market and produces a long lasting high.
Happy Toking,
Marlena M.
