I recently lost my grinder and needed a new one, there were a lot to choose from. Santa Cruz Shredders are always amazing quality so I knew I wanted that brand. 

I care about the environment and was pleased to see that this grinder is plastic free and biodegradable. This makes me happy incase I lose this grinder or need to throw it away. 

I was a little worried that this material wouldn’t grind as well as a metal grinder, but the hemp grinder does a great job and doesn’t stick. The grind is the same fluffy grind that all other Santa Cruz Shredders do. Another benefit is because it’s not metal it doesn’t clink against glass, so if you have it with your bong or pipe in your bag it doesn’t make noise. 

Super light weight and durable I am very pleased with this product and know that it is going to last me a long time.
