Andy’s Review on Shred Flower Power 7g

You’ll always be pleased with Shred from Organigram Inc. This particular stuff is called Flower Power. It’s a mix of floral terpene focused strains all ground up and blended together. Flower Power is not a specific strain but a mix of many, they all have that floral quality in common. Shred does a good job on grinding up the strains they use. It’s never dried out or powdery, but ground up coarsely like anything from a standard grinder. I have never found any seeds or stems or leaves in any of the Shred bags I’ve ever purchased. It has always been consistent every time. Even comes with a Boost humidifier pack to be sure it doesn’t dry out. To this day I’ve never had a miss on that Boost pack either, every one always had it.

Such a bright orange coloured bag it comes in. This always stands out! As soon as I tore the top off the bag, I had a nice mild floral scent flow right at me. Dumping it out to see it all was no problem. It’s still fairly moist, it all sort of clumps together. The colour of it was a mix of various dark greens and a mix of orange pistols, with a dusting of trichomes also. Each little crumb of bud had a decent coating of THC crystals.

I packed a bunch of Flower Power in a clean bowl for a bong with clean cold water. It burned well; this stuff was not harsh at all. The smoke brewed up light and white and has a nice sweet floral taste on the inhale, with the exhale being a bit more ressy tasting. I Found my toke to be really smooth, it was easy on the chest, very enjoyable smoke. I got a really mellow feeling head high right away. Not really much of a body buzz but felt totally brain dead. One toke’s buzz lasted a while. I felt I was pretty high for a while in between tokes, I really liked the buzz it gave me. The ash left over in the bowl was a dull white. Seemed to be flushed nicely as it was very smooth to smoke. To me, it made me feel very relaxed and sedated even though I didn’t feel like I had a body buzz. It was more like my mind didn’t want my body to move, but if I had to get up I could of, I just didn’t want to. Then the munchies kicked in and I went straight for the kitchen!

Flower Power is a relaxing, evening style bag of weed. Plan on chilling out after indulging in this one. A great one for the couch without putting you out or making you drowsy too quickly after smoking. To me it kept my mind high yet I was still able to focus on making notes for this review. You really can’t go wrong choosing any product with the Shred logo on it! Worth it every time.
